The documentation process is automated and new site reports are easily generated from the database.  This means that when a site is revisited or modified, the updated information in the database can immediately be reflected in site reports.  Three reports are generated for each site:

• Environmental report.  This report is aimed at the general public and states the findings of the health and safety assessment of the site.
• Management report.  This report is aimed at the occupation workers who work at or manage the site and contains information regarding safe zones and exposure levels of radiation at the site.
• Compliance certificate.  This report is aimed at a managerial environment where audits and environmental awareness may be required.
